    Diagnose

    What’s happening with your PC?

Pick the closest match for quick checks you can try first, and the right next step.

    Remote help may work

    Crashes or driver timeouts

    Try this first

    1. Clean-install the latest graphics driver from AMD or NVIDIA.
    2. Turn off any overclock, undervolt or tuning profile, including presets in the GPU software.
    3. Write down the error message and roughly when it happens. It helps us match the crash logs.

Bring it in if crashes continue on a clean driver, or you see artifacts, freezes or restarts under load.

If Windows starts and stays online, we can check whether remote support fits before you drive over.

Gaming laptop? We repair those too: overheating, fans, screens, hinges, keyboards and storage.Laptop repair

    Diagnostics

Most standard in-store repairs include a free initial evaluation and written estimate. Advanced diagnostics, data recovery, onsite visits, expedited work, or disassembly-intensive cases may require a fee, which is disclosed before chargeable work begins.

    Your own parts

We install customer-supplied parts after checking compatibility and condition. Parts you supply are covered by their manufacturer’s warranty, not our repair warranty.

    Warranty

Qualifying repairs include a 90-day limited warranty on the covered parts and labor. Coverage varies by service and part and excludes unrelated failures, accidental or liquid damage, misuse, and customer-supplied parts. The written work order controls if its terms differ.

    Timing

Same-day service is available for many eligible repairs when the required parts and technician capacity are available. Complex repairs, data recovery, board-level work, and special-order parts can take longer; the shop provides a case-specific estimate after evaluation.

    What to bring

The whole tower, or the laptop and its charger. Bring peripherals only if the problem involves them.

    Before you drop it off

Back up game saves and captures that aren’t in the cloud, and keep your launcher logins and any BitLocker recovery key handy.

    Gaming PC questions

Quick answers before you bring it in.

    Still have a question?

Talk to a real person at our West Palm Beach shop.

Do you install parts I bought myself?

Yes. We check compatibility and condition first. Parts you supply keep their manufacturer’s warranty; our repair warranty doesn’t cover them.

    Is there a diagnostic fee?

Most standard in-store repairs include a free initial evaluation and written estimate. Advanced diagnostics, data recovery, onsite visits, expedited work, or disassembly-intensive cases may require a fee, which is disclosed before chargeable work begins.

Can you fix my gaming PC remotely?

Sometimes. Driver crashes, game-launch errors and Windows problems can often be handled remotely when Windows starts and stays online. No display, heat and power problems need the bench.

    Do you repair gaming laptops?

Yes. Overheating, fans, screens, hinges, keyboards and storage on gaming laptops are regular bench work.

How much does a custom build cost?

Every build is quoted individually, based on your games, monitor and budget. Parts, assembly and timing are on the written quote before anything is ordered.

    Do you repair game consoles?

Not at this time. We work on gaming PCs and gaming laptops.
