Our terms and conditions for computer repair and IT services.

Service Agreement
By using our services, you agree to these terms and conditions:
- Services are provided on an as-available basis
- All work is performed by qualified technicians
- Diagnostic fees apply and are non-refundable
- You authorize us to perform agreed-upon services
- You are responsible for backing up your data before service
Payment Terms
- Payment is due upon completion of services
- We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards
- Diagnostic fees apply even if you decline repair
- Estimates are valid for 30 days
- Additional charges may apply for parts and materials
- Unpaid devices may be disposed of after 90 days
Warranty & Liability
Warranty Coverage:
- 90-day warranty on all repairs and parts
- Warranty covers defects in workmanship
- Does not cover accidental damage or misuse
- Original parts come with manufacturer warranty
Limitation of Liability:
- Our liability is limited to the cost of services provided
- We are not responsible for data loss
- Customer must backup data before service
- We recommend insurance for valuable devices
Data Responsibility
IMPORTANT: You are responsible for backing up your data before service.
- We make every effort to preserve data during repairs
- Data loss can occur during repair processes
- We are not responsible for lost data or software
- Customer data is kept confidential and secure
- Data is permanently removed from devices when disposed
Device Pickup Policy
- Devices must be picked up within 30 days of service completion
- We will attempt to contact you via phone and email
- Storage fees may apply after 30 days
- Devices unclaimed after 90 days may be disposed of
- You remain responsible for all charges regardless of pickup
SMS Communications
By providing your phone number to Fix My PC Store, you consent to receive transactional SMS messages related to your service. This includes but is not limited to: repair ticket updates, appointment confirmations, invoice payment links, software renewal reminders, and customer follow-up messages.
Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you may receive a single confirmation message. To re-subscribe, reply START.
Fix My PC Store uses Twilio as our SMS service provider. Messages are sent from (561) 652-6622. For questions about our SMS program contact andrew@fixmypcstore.com.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes will be resolved in Palm Beach County, Florida courts.
By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms of service.
