How long does iPhone screen repair take?
Timing depends on the model, screen option, other damage, part availability, and current capacity. Eligible repairs may have a same-day option; we provide a case-specific estimate after evaluation.
Do you replace iPhone batteries?
We evaluate iPhone batteries and quote compatible replacement options. Timing and expected benefit depend on the model, battery condition, part availability, and whether another power or charging issue is present.
Can you fix water-damaged iPhones?
We can attempt water damage repair, but success depends on the extent of damage and how quickly you bring it in. Do NOT try to charge or turn on a wet iPhone - bring it to us immediately.
Do you unlock iPhones?
We can help with carrier unlocking for eligible devices. However, we cannot bypass iCloud locks or activation locks for security reasons.
Will my data be safe during iPhone repair?
A repair does not eliminate data-loss risk. Back up the device when possible, remove sensitive information you do not need for testing, and ask what access may be required for the approved repair. The work order documents the scope.
