Do we need Microsoft 365 to use Teams?
Teams is included in many Microsoft 365 business plans and sold separately in some regions and plans. We confirm the current licensing options for your office in the proposal.
Can clients join our Teams meetings?
Yes. Anyone with the link can join a meeting from a browser or the Teams app. For ongoing collaboration we can set up guest access with the sharing limits you choose.
Can Teams replace our phone system?
Often, with Teams Phone licensing and a calling plan or carrier connection. We review your current numbers, call flows and hardware before recommending it.
Can you set up our conference room?
Yes. We can recommend and configure cameras, speakers and displays for Teams meetings, and test them with your team.
Do you train staff on Teams?
Yes. Walkthroughs can be group sessions or one-on-one, focused on the chat, meeting and file habits your team needs.
