Can a MacBook keyboard or trackpad be repaired?
Often, yes. Depending on the model, we may replace a keycap, the keyboard, the trackpad or the top-case assembly. We explain which applies to your MacBook and quote it after evaluation.
I spilled something on my MacBook. What should I do?
Shut it down, unplug it and don’t try to charge or power it on again. Bring it in as soon as you can. Liquid damage varies widely, so we evaluate the board before quoting and can’t promise an outcome in advance.
Is my data safe during a MacBook repair?
Back up first if the Mac still works. On many recent MacBooks the storage is built into the logic board, so data options depend on the fault. We tell you before any work that could affect your data.
Do you use genuine Apple parts?
Part options vary by model and availability. We identify whether the proposed part is manufacturer-supplied, original-equipment, refurbished, or compatible aftermarket stock on the written estimate before you approve it.
